We advised Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I, the real estate fund managed by the SBA Group company Capitalica Asset Management, on issuing two-year bonds with a 5% annual interest rate and admitting the bonds to trading on First North market. The fund borrowed EUR 3 million on the capital market.

The funds raised with the new issue were used to redeem a EUR 5 million bond issue purchased in June 2019 at 5% interest.

Bonds were distributed by Šiaulių bankas and listed on the Nasdaq Vilnius alternative market First North.
