Assistant in Dispute Resolution Team

Sorainen Dispute Resolution team is looking for a positive person who has a good sense of humour, loves to focus on details, and is not afraid to work with a large group of talented, hard-working and friendly lawyers.

The Tallinn Dispute Resolution team has about 30 people who solve problems for clients every day. We need your support. You will be expected to become a member of the team with equal status and contribution to our common success.

Some of the tasks you can help us with

  • Taking good care of digital communications with the Estonian courts and authorities
  • Making sure all (court) deadlines are properly identified, registered, and followed
  • Drafting and proof-reading of documents (procedural expenses, offers, etc)
  • Providing support to team members regarding documents, translations, offers, and inquiries
  • Assisting in following up on the fulfillment of our practice group strategic plans
  • Supporting new team members in their first steps in Sorainen
  • Carrying out AML/KYC procedures
  • Organising team meetings and events
  • Taking active part in the business services team (hopefully internationally)
  • Leading local internal projects and events

Requirements

  • Being a nice person
  • Proficiency in English and Estonian including written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in law, administrative, or consulting area of at least 3 years
  • Vocational education degree
  • Good interpersonal skills and attitude of co-operation
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Pro-active mindset and ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Responsibility, reliability, and loyalty towards the firm
