Associate & Senior Associate | Employment Law

Your role on the Employment team will be to advise clients on out-of-the-ordinary situations, as well as regular day-to-day employment matters, such as:

  • employment and executive contracts
  • remuneration systems
  • employee privacy
  • confidentiality and non-competition issues
  • discrimination and whistleblowing concerns
  • flexible working conditions
  • contractual or policy changes
  • agency workers
  • reorganisations and employee transfers
  • collective redundancies and individual dismissals

You will also work alongside other teams on joint projects covering various fields of law and/or several jurisdictions.

Your key qualifications

  • At least 2 years (associate position) and 5 years (senior associate position) of relevant experience in employment law
  • Proficient in Lithuanian and English, including written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent legal drafting skills
  • Highly service-minded, proactive and self-driven
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely and effectively with different teams within the firm
  • University degree in Law (master’s degree)
