Senior Associate in Employment Law
Your role on the Employment team will be to advise clients on out-of-the-ordinary situations, as well as regular day-to-day employment matters, such as:
- employment and executive contracts
- remuneration systems
- employee privacy
- confidentiality and non-competition issues
- discrimination and whistleblowing concerns
- flexible working conditions
- contractual or policy changes
- agency workers
- reorganisations and employee transfers
- collective redundancies and individual dismissals
You will also work alongside other teams on joint projects covering various fields of law and/or several jurisdictions.
Your key qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in employment law
- Proficient in Lithuanian and English, including written and oral communication skills
- Excellent legal drafting skills
- Highly service-minded, proactive and self-driven
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely and effectively with different teams within the firm
- University degree in Law (master’s degree)
