IT engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative person to strengthen our regional IT team.

Your responsibilities

  • Daily technical support for the company’s employees regionally
  • Workplace preparation – installation of operating system and software
  • Support in the maintenance and servicing of computer and office equipment
  • Keeping and updating IT-related documentation such as inventory lists, manuals, guidelines

We expect that you have

  • At least 2 years of working experience in Helpdesk / customer support or similar
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 systems
  • Positive getting-things-done attitude and good problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Lithuanian
  • Knowledge of the following administration tools: Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, MDT, MDM, will be considered as a bonus
  • Higher education (preferably in IT) or studies that can be combined with full-time office work
