Junior Accountant
Our Finance team is seeking a motivated and thorough individual to join us at our Vilnius office. If you have exceptional attention to detail, and would like to expand your knowledge and experience by learning from an international team of experts, you are who we are looking for!
In this position, you will
- working with reporting persons and preparing entries in accounting (credit cards, travel reports, other expense reports)
- assisting employees with questions related to expense reports
- maintaining accurate and organised records of financial transactions in accordance with internal rules
- assisting accountants with registering sales documentation
- maintaining client billing systems (onboarding, data input, invoicing status tracking)
- various debt collection activities
- handling month-end financial tasks within agreed time constraints
Our expectations for you
- 1–2 years working experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of accounting legislation and principles
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience in working with Standard ERP would be considered as an advantage
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration
- Good time-management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in data input
- Being a proactive and effective team player
