Junior Business Development Project Manager
We are a fully integrated business law and tax advisory service provider with offices in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Our team of more than 240 lawyers and tax specialists operates as a connected legal ecosystem, combining their expertise to cover all sectors and practice areas.
We are looking for a Junior Business Development Project Manager for Latvia office. Joining us, you will become a member of the regional Business Development team.
The mission of the role is to support the team in identifying opportunities for the firm’s business growth and implementing strategies to contribute to client satisfaction and revenue goals.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Implementing the Client Relationship Management strategy in Latvia and supporting client acquisition, advisory sales and retention efforts via tools, processes, training and other business development initiatives.
- Contribute and create tools and systems, client-focused mindset and knowledge to support teams and individuals in reaching their business development goals.
- Gather business intelligence and client data insights and monitor competition and business environment for market insights.
- Support the client acquisition process and help maintain relationships with institutional partners and international firms.
- Provide organizational support to lawyers and partners in achieving business development goals.
- Help with pricing and profitability initiatives to ensure competitive client offerings.
- Contribute to the implementation of client care and service processes for improved client experience.
- Actively contribute to sector and practice groups in their business development efforts, including planning and following up on regional and local initiatives.
We expect you to have:
- 2+ years in business/product/sales development focused on sector/segment.
- Strong client experience and business case understanding and management skills.
- Business acumen and interest in key sector business and ecosystem understanding.
- Service mindset with critical thinking and drive to initiate new ways of working to enable teams and individuals reach their business development goals.
- Strong data literacy, ability to organise, interpret data, and support decision-making.
- Skilled in managing stakeholders, especially in matrix environments.
- Team results-focused with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent organisation, prioritising, project management and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, proficient in English, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Collaboration tools.
- University degree in business/economy preferably.
