Marketing and Communication Manager

We are looking for a marketing and communications manager to lead the Lithuanian marketing team and take charge of all marketing and communication activities of our Lithuanian office, from strategy to implementation.

The job implies direct involvement with shareholders, people management, and leadership in local and regional projects. No less importantly, it also means hands-on work on projects under your wing in a small but efficient team. You can also be sure that your creative skills will stay strong.

About Sorainen

You will be joining the largest and most highly rated law firm in the Baltics, which advises clients on all business law and tax issues involving the region. Our team of more than 400 people takes pride in the unique setup of working as one joint team, which is also largely the basis for our international success. We work with many of the largest and most significant legal cases in the Baltics, and you can contribute to our success by making the Sorainen brand and experts even more visible.

Your responsibilities

  • Working out and agreeing on the strategic directions for the Sorainen Lithuanian office, including setting priorities, shareholder alignment, and budgeting
  • Managing the team of two people and being the main contact point and ambassador for all Sorainen marketing and communication activities in Lithuania
  • Being in charge of daily marketing activities, including client events, PR, reputational risk management, partnership projects, content creation, keeping firm channels alive and attractive, branding, and any other marketing support to legal teams
  • Managing relations with agencies and freelancers
  • Being an active member of the pan-Baltic marketing team by taking some joint projects under your wing

We expect that you

  • Have an owner’s attitude to your job
  • Have good leadership and people skills
  • Have 5+ years of professional experience in marketing and communications and a higher education degree. Any specialized marketing skills are a strong bonus, including content creation in various formats and channels (visuals, texts, digital)
  • Have strong project management skills, to oversee initiatives from A to Z
  • Excel in time management and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Know how to collaborate closely with different teams within the organization
  • Have a positive getting-things-done attitude and good problem-solving skills
  • Are proficient in English and Lithuanian
