People and Culture Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and positive team player for the People an Culture team, who enjoys guiding people and sees the personalities behind the Excel tables.
In this position, you will
- Own the full cycle of the hiring process: job advertisement, campaigns, proactive sourcing, interviewing, selection, closing and onboarding
- Lead or contribute to various employer branding projects
- Advise and support our people regarding the firm’s people and culture policies and procedures
- Maintain employee-related information records (Sage HR) and handle personnel-related documentation
- Participate in the implementation of various employee-related projects and initiatives (well-being, DEI)
- Assist with internal communication (on people- and culture-related topics) and events
We expect that you
- Have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment (knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques would be a big advantage)
- Are diligent, discreet and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Are a continuous learner with a passion for helping people
- Speak and write excellent Lithuanian and English
- Have higher education degree in business administration or another relevant field
