Sorainen advised STARCO in preparations for closing a transaction with Bohnenkamp. On 17 May 2016, the German wholesaler Bohnenkamp and STARCO signed a deal that resulted in Bohnenkamp taking over STARCO’s aftermarket operation in Scandinavia, Benelux and Germany plus STARCO company in Eastern Europe, with STARCO taking over Bohnenkamp’s passenger car trailer operation for original equipment manufacturers including customers.
The Bohnenkamp Group is one of Europe’s leading wholesalers and distributors of tyres and wheels for equipment in the agricultural, industrial and earthmoving sector.
STARCO has been family owned and expanding for more than 55 years. The company delivers tyre and wheel solutions for a wide range of applications worldwide for manufacturers and aftermarket customers.
Sorainen assisted STARCO with closing the transaction for operations in the Baltics, Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
