About me

As an associate with the firm’s Commercial & Regulatory practice group, I focus on advising clients in the fields of commercial contracts, intellectual property and pharmaceuticals & life sciences. I am also keen on alternative dispute resolution and involved in representing clients in transnational disputes, especially international commercial arbitration.

Professional highlights

Trademark competence. Together with the team I advise clients on trademark-related issues, especially assisting in combating trademark infringements.

Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences. As a member of the firm’s Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences sector group, I have a deep understanding of regional and local regulation on pharmaceuticals and medical devices, including pricing, public procurement, registration, quality control of pharmaceuticals, and clinical trials.

Arbitration. Together with the team I have participated in resolving complex international disputes in the fields of international trade and construction under SCC, VIAC, IAC at BelCCI rules.

Negotiating skills. When I was a student, I managed to develop valuable negotiating skills by participating in the IBA-VIAC Mediation and Negotiation Competition. Now these skills contribute to my professional activity, helping to resolve complex problems and conflicts and come to a win-win result.

Sharing knowledge. Also as a student I actively participated in numerous moot courts, including Willem C. Vis Moot, ICC Lex Mercatoria, and others. Now I serve as a coach for student teams and as a judge in moot courts, helping students to avoid the mistakes that I made and to see our profession at its best.
