I am a lawyer on the litigation team and I help our lawyers with various legal issues. I completed my summer internship with the same team, which gave me the confidence, motivation and knowledge to continue my journey in the legal landscape. I am most interested in legal issues related to corruption, EU law and market regulation.
According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers assist attorneys.
Quick solutions and initiative. I am goal-oriented, and it is important for me that the work I do brings results quickly and noticeably. My previous experience in the public sector led to a realisation of how often even effective and profitable solutions can be delayed because of passivity or lack of resources. I am highly dedicated, as my participation in the International Criminal Court trial court and the Estonian Law Students Union shows.
Broad knowledge of legal fields. I believe that it is necessary to familiarise yourself with various fields in order to systematise and work with the law better. I have worked on the following topics: analysis of the US-Estonian legal aid agreement based on bank secrecy and the questioning of witnesses, contesting the forced termination of a legal entity, deportation of foreigners and public procurement. I value the wide range of knowledge I have gained from various legal fields and I believe it supports me well in my main responsibilities.
