Our pan-Baltic Corporate and M&A team contributed to the EU Transparency Registers interactive tool prepared by international law firm Dentons. The purpose of the tool is to assist companies with the legal requirements for identifying and registering beneficial owners in each EU member state. The free interactive online tool provides clear, easy-to-apply definitions of the requirements and the process for registering, as well as handy information on access and sanctions regarding beneficial owners in all EU member states.
