Sorainen advised Technopolis on its acquisition of the Pentagon business centre and nearby area from the Icor group. Total transaction value is around 32 million euros.
Acquisition of the building is already under contract, while acquisition of the area is expected to be completed by the end of 2017.
Technopolis is an international real estate company, managing the biggest office park in Lithuania.
Sorainen assisted the client in all stages of the transaction, including preparing acquisition documents and representing the client in negotiations.
