We are looking for PEOPLE AND CULTURE MANAGER

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Being responsible for the smooth operation of the Lithuanian People and Culture team;
  • Owning the complete cycle of people`s professional journey in Sorainen (including employer branding, talent acquisition, hiring, onboarding, development, career management, rewards etc);
  • Developing and implementing People and Culture strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Providing expertise and guidance on HR matters and ensuring compliance;
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
  • Leading and developing a small team of People and Culture professionals;
  • Managing and developing compensation and benefits program;
  • Nurturing a positive working environment and high engagement.

To succeed in this role you need:

  • Proven work experience (at least five years) as an HR business partner or HR manager;
  • University degree in HR management, preferably;
  • Solid knowledge of labour law and HR best practices;
  • Strong analytical thinking and advanced MS Excel skills; experience working with HR systems and data;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
