We’re looking for an Associate to join our Mergers & Acquisitions practice – where your ideas matter and your potential meets our impact.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Advise on some of the largest transactions in the Baltic region, contributing to the growth and prosperity of the region.
• Advise clients from early‑stage start‑ups to large international corporations.
• Support clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising matters.
