TOUCH workshop: Outcome-based finance for the social economy
The workshop will bring together finance professionals from Lithuania and across the Baltics to explore how outcome-based finance can support investment in the social economy. Drawing on the experience of the Italian outcome fund, participants will discuss how this model could be adapted to develop a first Baltic outcome-based fund.
The closed working session is organised by LISVA and Diesis Network as part of the TOUCH project and will take place during the VIRSMAS Social Business and Innovation Forum 2026 in Vilnius.
Our counsel Julija Stoškutė will moderate the session “What would it take for an outcome fund to succeed in the Baltics?”, focusing on the conditions needed to translate outcome-based finance into practical, investable and legally robust structures in the Baltics.
