Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum is the number one networking event for the Baltic M&A industry and market participants interested in the region. The forum is taking place at a time when the market outlook for the entire region has changed overnight. Although the programme was essentially agreed pre-war, we will address the current state of affairs.

We are planning to host a live event this year, but you may also attend online. You can choose between online and in-person participation options when registering. As usual, we will also be hosting an afterparty with an award ceremony to celebrate the most significant M&A and Private Equity deals.

About the forum

Since its launch in 2010, the Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum has developed an excellent reputation among private equity and venture capital funds, investment bankers, advisers, company managers and shareholders, bringing together 200+ participants each year. The event is organised by Sorainen in cooperation with business daily Äripäev and Estonian Venture Capital Organisation.

As a networking event, the forum offers a platform for making contacts, finding business opportunities, sharing experience, and spending good time.
