Join us for a two-day event filled with insightful talks, workshops and networking opportunities. You’ll have the chance to meet like-minded individuals, exchange ideas and gain valuable insights into the latest trends and best practices.

The conference is hosted by the University of Tartu and co-organised by Baltic Family Firm Institute, the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), and Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola – Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

The keynote speakers – Morten Bennedsen, Kimberly Eddleston and Alfredo De Massis – are industry experts with years of experience and success in the field of family businesses. The two-day programme also features a number of discussion panels, workshops and stories from practitioners.

Santa Rubīna, our counsel, and head of the Private Clients sector group in Latvia, will speak during the session “Family dynamics of family businesses”. We will discuss family culture and how to pass on family values to the next generation, as well as how to solve conflicts and avoid difficult situations.

Moreover, we are supporting the Baltic Family Firm Champions 2023 awards recognising the most notable family offices in each of the Baltic States. As cooperation partners of the conference, we are happy to offer our clients a special rate for participation – EUR 80 (excl. VAT).
