Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum is the number one networking event for the Baltic M&A industry and market participants interested in the region. The event is organised by Sorainen in cooperation with business daily Äripäev and Estonian Venture Capital Organisation.
The common theme this year is putting capital to good use. There is a new generation of significant wealth accumulating in the Baltics, and this capital is searching for great business opportunities and meaningful missions.

We are planning to host a live event this year, so please mark it on your calendar and book a ticket to Tallinn for Thursday, 7 April. A Covid pass will be required to attend. It is also possible to attend the event online. You can choose between online and in-person participation options when registering. As usual, we will also be hosting an afterparty with an award ceremony to celebrate the most significant M&A and Private Equity deals of the year.
The early bird ticket price is 369+VAT, valid until 31 January.
About the forum
Since its launch in 2010, the Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum has developed an excellent reputation among private equity and venture capital funds, investment bankers, advisers, company managers and shareholders, bringing together 200+ participants each year.
As a networking event, the forum offers a platform for making contacts, finding business opportunities, sharing experience, and spending good time.
