Conference: Building codes in Europe – past, present and future

November 17th, 2021, an international remote conference “Building Laws and codes: Past, Present, Future” will be held. The conference is organised by Mykolas Romeris University together with the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania. Conference partner is Walless Law Firm.

This scientific-practical conference is intended to note the recent tendencies of regulation of construction legal relations between the countries of the European Union. There will be speakers from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ireland, Austria, Sweden, Italy and other EU countries taking part in the conference.

One of the speakers will be our partner Lelde Laviņa. She will participate in panel 1: Regulations in the Baltics, from 10:15 am EET to 12:00 pm EET.

The main part of presentations will consist of information on legal regulation of construction, its tendencies, changes and problems in different EU countries.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, the conference is organized remotely.
