Seminar | Fair Pay, Equal Opportunities: Understanding the Transparency Act
Pay transparency is no longer a future consideration. It is becoming a concrete responsibility for employers across Lithuania.
Following the implementations of key amendments to the Lithuania Labour Code in June 2026, employers are expected to review their remuneration systems, job evaluation frameworks and compenation-setting practices. By the end of 2026, organizations should assess whether their pay structures comply with the new requirements and whether pay differences can be justified using objective criteria.
Sorainen, together with Lithuanian-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania, Finnish-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce and Estonian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania, invites you to join this practical workshop to learn what the new rules require, how to assess whether your compensation system is ready, and what action organizations should prioritize before the end of 2026.
The seminar will combine legal insights, practical implementation guidance and discussion on real-life challenges employers are likely to face. Rather than focusing on the theory behind the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we will address three key questions:
- What are we required to do?
- How can we implement these requirements in practice?
- Where do the greatest legal and organizational risk lie?
This seminar is free of charge.
