Series of workshops for judges of the Latvian Economic Court

On 13 and 14 September 2021, Dr Thomas Biermeyer, director of Wildgen, Luxembourg Law Firm, and Zane Paeglīte, a senior associate of Sorainen Latvia, hosted workshops for the Latvian Court Administration on business-related issues in European economic law, covering such topics as corporate governance and cross-border restructurings.

Both speakers were honoured to speak in front of a large group of judges, including judges from the newly established Latvian Economic Court. The workshops were organised by the Academy of European Law ERA.
