The Outlook for Baltic Real Estate 2026
We are pleased to share that our partner Jorens Jaunozols will be joining industry leaders at the Joint Chamber Event – Baltic Real Estate Outlook 2026, taking place on 26 February at 14:30 at Skanstes City “Conference Center”, Skanstes Street 50 in Riga.
This high-level event will bring together leading voices from real estate, finance, and investment to explore how the Baltic property market is evolving in a time of stabilisation, uncertainty, and opportunity.
The event will open with a presentation on the Commercial Real Estate Outlook followed by an in‑depth panel discussion on the Business Outlook for Baltic Real Estate in 2026 where Jorens Jaunozols will be one of the experts.
