WT Regional Investigations, Crisis Response & Compliance Workshop

Wolf Theiss hosted the 2025 edition of the WT Regional Investigations, Crisis Response & Compliance Workshop – a private, by-invitation-only event for selected professionals from the fields of investigations, compliance and corporate governance.
Held over two days in Prague, this closed-door forum offers a discreet setting for high-level exchange on legal and practical challenges arising from cross-border investigations, evolving enforcement regimes and growing expectations on corporate accountability. The programme is designed for senior in-house counsel, compliance officers and executives responsible for legal risk management in the CEE/SEE region and beyond.
Our partner Norman Aas joined a panel moderated by Oleg Temnikov (Wolf Theiss), alongside Carolin Reese (Zalando), Jamie Schafer, CAMS (Perkins Coie), and Dr. Kerstin Wilhelm (Linklaters). The panel explored global approaches to sanctions enforcement — from U.S. sanctions regimes to internal corporate compliance practices.
