The team leader of Sorainen Latvia Real Estate & Construction Team, Lelde Laviòa, has been unanimously invited by the partnership to become the 28th partner of the firm as of 1 January 2017.

Lelde has been working at Sorainen since 2005 and during that time has become a leading Latvian construction law specialist. Clients appreciate Lelde’s and her team’s energy, dedication and enthusiasmas well as their professional knowledge and experience gained working on the country’s major real estate and construction projects. Lelde has participated in drafting regulatory enactments on prevention of divided property and on property expropriation.
