The role

We are looking for an Associate to join the Corporate and M&A practice at Sorainen.

If you have a strong interest in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and venture capital transactions, this is a great opportunity to be part of a team of nearly 20 experienced specialists.

You will have the chance to work on some of the largest and most exciting transactions in the Baltic region and contribute to the future of business law in Estonia and beyond.
