How you’ll make an impact

  • Applying and following firmwide compliance procedures (e.g. KYC, AML, GDPR) to ensure that required checks and risk‑management steps are completed accurately and consistently.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating compliance documentation, internal procedures and client information to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Conducting research and preliminary analysis for more complex compliance cases, providing colleagues with clear, fact‑based input for decision‑making.
  • Preparing and coordinating regulatory submissions and reports, collaborating with internal teams to collect, confirm and organise the necessary information.
  • Supporting the firm in meeting international quality standards by contributing to the upkeep and improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Participating in the evaluation of QMS improvement needs, including assessing the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Taking part in internal audit activities, including planning, execution and follow‑up tasks.
  • Communicating QMS‑related updates, guidance and process changes to employees, helping ensure awareness and consistent application across the firm.

To succeed in this role you need

  • At least 1 year of experience in compliance, risk management or a related field, preferably within a professional service or financial sector
  • University degree (completed or in the final stages) in law or economics.
  • Familiarity with key compliance areas, including AML/CFT requirements, KYC processes, GDPR obligations and general regulatory frameworks
  • Basic understanding of quality management principles,
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks, interpret findings and support the development of internal procedures based on results.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and in Estonian or Latvian

If you are to be employed in Estonia the salary range for this position is 2300 – 2800 EUR gross.

If you are to be employed in Latvia, the salary range for this position is 1700 – 2100 EUR gross.

Final salary offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies and professional experiences.
