Knowledge Management and Innovation Specialist

The role

We are looking for a full-time international team member to join our Knowledge Management and Innovation (KMI) team at Sorainen.  If you take ownership, manage projects with care and clarity, and can bring people together to get things done—let’s talk.

In this role, you will work closely with other KMI specialists across all Sorainen offices, helping drive innovation and implement modern technology.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading innovation and technology implementation projects and processes;
  • Developing and executing document and process automation initiatives;
  • Researching, testing, and evaluating new technologies;
  • Delivering training, creating user guides, and providing personalised support on innovation, knowledge sharing, and technology-related topics;
  • Collaborating with legal and business services teams on innovation and technology-driven initiatives.

What we expect from you

  • Proven experience in professional project management;
  • Background in legal, information technology, innovation, knowledge management, or training is a strong advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively and with attention to detail;
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and being a quick learner when it comes to new systems and technologies;
  • University degree in Project management, Digital and business transformation, Automations and Business Innovation, or a related field.
