Professional highlights

Understanding the bigger picture. A purely legal approach does not always address a client’s actual needs. That is why I consider the broader context behind every matter. This helps me find solutions that best support the client’s objectives and interests.

Initiative and proactive mindset. I am accustomed to spotting opportunities and taking the initiative to act on them. I have done so both through organising student activities, where I helped initiate and organise various events alongside other active law students, and as a member of the University of Tartu Student Union and the Council of the School of Law. In these roles, I contributed to discussions and decisions affecting the wider student community. Rather than relying solely on existing solutions, I always look for ways to do things better or more efficiently.

Applying knowledge in practice. I believe that academic knowledge should be put into practice as early as possible. To challenge myself and develop practical skills, I have actively participated in various moot court competitions and initiatives, including the Sorainen Student Academy Regional Moot Court project and the Estonian Moot Court Society. These experiences have taught me to analyse legal issues systematically, present well-structured arguments, and critically evaluate different perspectives.
