About me
As an assistant lawyer in the Real Estate & Construction team, I support colleagues daily in various matters from real estate transactions to environmental issues and construction contracts.
According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.
Professional highlights
Challenges and curiosity. I’ve always believed that real growth begins where comfort ends. My curiosity for European law and drive for new experiences took me to the University of Padua in Italy, where I spent a year studying European private law and comparative law — and learning to navigate life in a completely new environment. To push myself even further, I took part in the European Law Moot Court competition, representing the University of Tartu. From legal writing to countless hours of practising legal presentations in front of professionals — every moment has helped me grow into the kind of lawyer I aspire to be. I’m also a proud graduate of the Sorainen Student Academy.
Supporting future lawyers. Alongside my own continuous learning, I’m passionate about supporting peers and younger students. Since 2022, I’ve been an active member of the Estonian Law Students’ Union, organising events that connect students with professionals and aim to make legal education more engaging. This year, I’ve taken on a new challenge: coaching the University of Tartu’s European Law Moot Court team — something I’m genuinely excited about.
Teamwork and clear communication. To avoid things getting lost in translation, clear communication and teamwork are essential in the legal field — not just for efficiency, but also for building trust. My previous experience in student organisations and moot court have shaped me to become a better team player and communicator. These are skills I value deeply and aim to bring into every collaboration, whether with colleagues or clients.
