I am a senior associate with the Competition and Regulated Industries team and have extensive professional experience in litigation and regulated industries. I have significant experience representing clients in courts, handling civil and administrative disputes and advising local and foreign business clients on various issues in regulated industries. The experience I have gained in both the public and private sectors allows me to assess legal issues and risks in a broader context and offer clients both legally sound and practical and constructive solutions.

Representation in court disputes. I have many years of experience representing clients in court disputes, both in civil and administrative cases. I have represented clients in various complex disputes involving large-scale projects and regulatory issues, gaining strong litigation skills and the ability to solve complex legal problems.
Regulatory advice. I provide regulatory advice to local and international clients, ensuring their activities comply with applicable laws and helping them navigate complex regulatory systems. I have significant experience advising clients on commercial law, national security compliance, permits, and licenses, as well as representing clients before government agencies. I have experience providing expert advice on projects of national importance.
