Who can apply: innovative startups, NGOs, public bodies, purpose-driven companies, or other organisations creating a positive impact.
2026 program focus: projects preparing to or having the ambition to expand beyond the Baltics.
What we offer: pro bono legal and/or tax advice delivered by Sorainen teams in our jurisdictions (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), within an agreed scope and hour cap per project in 2026.
What we do not cover: third-party costs (e.g., notaries, translators) and third-country legal advice outside our jurisdictions (we may help coordinate with other counsel, but their fees are borne by the applicant).
Selection: applications are evaluated on mission fit and impact, readiness or ambition to expand, and clarity of legal needs. The application does not guarantee a spot in the program. We will select participants after the application period.
