On May 14th, Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG) invites to online (Zoom) webinar where our managing partner Eva Berlaus will share „Recent Trends in Board Liability Cases in the Baltics“.
The webinar will offer insights from a recent study on board liability cases heard in the courts of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia between the years 2021 and 2024. It will explore how significant the current board liability risk really is and highlight key lessons from the recent case law – in terms of both evolving court approaches and considering the practical implications for boards looking to strengthen their resilience.
