Arbitrators as dispute resolvers – myth and reality

The Estonian Arbitration Association and the Estonian Bar Association organised a panel discussion examining the role and practical realities of arbitrators in arbitration proceedings. The discussion was moderated by our partner Maria Pihlak together with Dr Eveli Lume (Squire Patton Boggs).

The discussion covered topics including appointment of arbitrators, conflicts of interest, internal case management, conduct of proceedings, and the decision-making process. The event was intended for all lawyers interested in arbitration.
