Baltic Horizon Fund completed subscription to 5-year unsecured bonds worth EUR 10 million. This was the third and final offering that completed the full EUR 50 million volume under the terms and conditions of the initial issue of 8 May 2018. The transaction took place under the private placement regime and was subscribed by Baltic institutional investors.
We advised the client in communication with all the stakeholders, drafting the listing prospectus and arranging the issuance and listing of the bonds.
