Tallinn Arbitration Day 2026

Tallinn Arbitration Day 2026 brings together arbitration practitioners, in-house counsel, policymakers, academics and students from across the Baltics and beyond for discussions on current developments and challenges in arbitration and dispute resolution.

Organised by the Estonian Arbitration Association (EAA), the conference programme includes keynote speeches, expert panel discussions, the ArbVoices competition for young arbitration practitioners, and dedicated sessions hosted by leading arbitration institutions.

On 7 October, the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) will host a pre-event session, Picking the Tribunal: Perspectives from the Baltics and CEE, exploring practical aspects of arbitral tribunal selection from a regional perspective. Sorainen counsel and arbitrator Ieva Rimavičienė will be among the speakers.
