Webinar: Mobbing-free work environment in the Baltics and Belarus

Place: MS Teams
Time: 10:00-11:30, November 4, 2020
Working language: English

We invite you to join our webinar on 4 November 10:00 (Baltics) / 11:00 (Belarus) on employers’ obligations to ensure a mobbing-free work environment in the Baltics and Belarus region.

The general employer’s obligation to ensure safe and secure working conditions also extends to creating a normal working environment from the psychological point of view. An employee is entitled to work in an environment where their dignity and integrity is respected. Further, employers are expected to act to resolve any conflicts and, if possible, take measures to prevent any mobbing situations from happening at all.

During the webinar we will present a brief general overview on local legislation on mobbing-related issues in the Baltics and Belarus, touch upon adverse consequences for the employer if mobbing cases are not properly dealt with and share examples from our practice, and speak about some more public mobbing cases which have drawn a lot of attention in our respective markets.

There will be an opportunity to send questions to speakers at the time of the event, but we do not guarantee that we can respond to everyone because of time restrictions. Therefore, you are also welcome to send your most crucial questions in advance to ensure that we discuss the topic during the webinar and can make the webinar as useful and practical as possible. Ask a question before the event by typing it in this link: HERE.

The webinar is free of charge ‒ but registration is required. The organiser reserves the right to limit the number of attendee registrations.
