About me
As a member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice group in Belarus, I specialise in employment matters, including advising on staff formation and recruitment of foreign labour, as well as intellectual property matters related to labour issues – works for hire, non-disclosure agreements, trade secrets.
Professional highlights
Transactions in the IT industry. I have participated in major M&A projects involving Belarusian IT assets, including assisting clients with legal issues following acquisition.
Employment advice. I have broad experience in employment and migration law: my work includes assisting clients with hiring or dismissing company management and staff, drafting and localising employment contracts and internal regulations, formalising changes in employment conditions, as well as obtaining visas, residence and work permits.
Know-how sharing. As knowledge management coordinator for the firm’s Corporate and M&A team, I help to create and share knowledge within the firm to improve our services.
