Academic experience. I have always believed that becoming an outstanding lawyer requires combining academic knowledge with practical experience. During my studies, I completed several internships at law firms, primarily focusing on dispute resolution, and also participated in the Estonian Moot Court Competition, as well as graduating from the Sorainen Student Academy in 2022/2023. My master’s thesis examined the internal regulation and governance of family businesses, with a particular focus on operational transparency towards third parties, such as investors, business partners, and creditors.
