Each startup is eligible to book a time slot of up to one hour for personalised legal guidance tailored to the nature of their question from our team of startup experts, as well as other legal professionals. Our team of start-up experts, together with other professional lawyers, will be ready to provide you with individual legal advice tailored to the nature of your question.
This Legal Clinic is also organized in cooperation with Startup House Riga (Lastādijas iela 12k-3), so startups are offered both in-person and online meetings.
The Legal Clinic will be consulted by members of our start-up sector group Agneta Rumpa, Ramona Miglāne, and Reinis Papulis, as well as colleagues Nauris Grigals, Ieva Prūse, and Jevgēņija Ziņģe. Together, they will help you resolve any legal and tax issues you may encounter when building your next unicorn – from intellectual property to shareholder agreements or licensing issues.
