“Female Founders Lunch” is a monthly informal gathering founded by Riga TechGirls for entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs, with the aim of networking, sharing experiences, and inspiring one another.

The Latvian Startup Association, in collaboration with Sorainen, recently developed parental leave templates for shareholder and venture capital fund agreements. At this meeting, we will focus on how these solutions work in practice and what founders need to know about exercising their rights.
During the event, Sorainen experts will explain the legal aspects of parental leave, also we will hear personal stories about taking parental leave while running startups or venture capital funds -openly discussing the challenges, decisions made, and lessons learned.
