As a senior associate with the firm’s M&A and Corporate practice group, I help clients with day-to-day commercial and corporate law matters, as well as local and cross-border M&A deals.
Professional highlights
Entering the Latvian market. I helped a Stockholm-listed gaming operator with a presence in twelve markets to enter the Latvian market by acquiring one of Latvia’s largest online gambling operators.
Business changing hands. I assisted a major Latvian medicine and laboratory product supplier in selling part of its business to one of a group of Swiss pharmaceutical companies.
