We advised Green Energy Growth Fund, managed by Lords LB Asset Management, on the acquisition of a solar power project in Kaišiadorys, Lithuania, with a capacity of 55 MW.

Solar power plant construction is scheduled to begin in Q4 of this year. The project will span over 80 hectares and will feature a single-axis tracking system designed to maximize energy efficiency by enabling the solar panels to follow the sun’s path throughout the day. This acquisition will further strengthen the fund’s commitment to expanding its portfolio of clean energy projects, complementing an additional 128 MW portfolio of solar, wind, and battery storage assets currently under development and managed by the Green Energy Growth Fund.
