From discovery to deal: Creating, protecting and licensing intellectual property
LithuaniaBIO and Sorainen proudly present a dedicated lecture series for biotech companies navigating legal and regulatory challenges.
This session explores how biotech companies can navigate intellectual property challenges across the innovation lifecycle – from early research through to commercialisation. We will discuss how to structure intellectual property ownership in collaborations and partnerships, how to choose between patent and trade secret protection, and how to set up licensing strategies. The lecture will also cover key aspects of tech-transfer readiness, including documentation practices, helping participants better protect and capture the value of their work.
