Intellectual Property protection. I believe in the systematic and strategic protection of intellectual property rights. I advise clients on the registration and management of trademarks and industrial designs, and I help structure and assess legal relationships involving copyright. This includes ensuring that contracts clearly regulate the ownership and use of rights. I also assist with licensing and assignment matters, and advise on infringements involving counterfeit and pirated goods, unfair competition, and the legality of comparative advertising.

Intellectual Property disputes. I represent clients in disputes involving trademarks, designs, and copyright, advising on enforcement options, and developing effective litigation strategies. My experience includes domain‑name disputes; notably, I represented the President of Estonia, together with Carri Ginter, in proceedings to reclaim a domain name containing the president’s full name. I also advise and represent clients in patent disputes, with particular focus on medical patent matters.

Film and music. I have a particular interest in the film and music industries and advise clients on a broad range of legal matters in these sectors. My work includes advising film projects from start to finish, covering financing structures, drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on repayment funds, and designing revenue‑sharing arrangements.

Life Sciences and Healthcare. I have in‑depth knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and the wider healthcare and life sciences sectors. I advise clients on regulatory matters, including market access, clinical trials, marketing authorisations, and compliance. My work also includes drafting and negotiating sector‑specific agreements, assessing risks related to intellectual property and data protection, and advising on advertising restrictions, liability issues, and interactions with regulatory authorities.

Commercial contracts. I have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating both standard and complex commercial contracts. I advise clients on confidentiality, collaboration, service, franchise, and consortium agreements, as well as terms of use and privacy policies.
