For the fourth year in a row, we are inviting organisations developing innovative solutions to current environmental and social problems to participate in the Shared Mission programme. This year, the programme is focusing on innovative and sustainable energy projects.

We will provide free legal and tax services in our jurisdictions to selected projects that are in line with our core purpose – increasing prosperity in the region – and that have a strong element of innovation.

The application period is open from 27 March to 16 April. You can find out more about the programme and submit your application here.

Solving energy challenges through innovation

Although this year we are focusing on the topic of energy, we expect organisations from different industries to apply. Whether you are developing innovative projects that focus on renewable and clean energy solutions, are creating or adapting energy-efficient technology, or are working on advocacy projects enabling a regulatory framework for effective and green energy solutions, we are ready to support you with any legal and tax challenges you might face.

We offer pro bono services to selected organisations, thus effectively distributing up to EUR 100,000 worth of support annually.

About the Shared Mission programme

We launched the Shared Mission programme in 2020 to support a faster recovery of our region from the health and economic crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Our aim was to contribute by giving free legal and tax advice to projects working towards this goal. After the programme’s successful first season, we decided to make it a part of our sustainability strategy and run it annually. So far, we have supported more than 52 projects across our region. You can read more about it here.

The Shared Mission programme is a one-of-a-kind initiative in the region, and in 2021 The Financial Times nominated it for the award at the “FT Innovative Lawyers Awards”.
