About me

As an associate with the firm’s Real Estate & Construction team, I handle various real estate and construction-related matters, primarily analysing diverse legal issues.

Professional highlights

Versatile self-development and experience. I have interned as a legal assistant in various fields – I have experience in corporate law, employment law, family law, succession law, administrative law, criminal law, financial law and dispute resolution. Before joining Sorainen, I was an intern in our Real Estate & Construction team. During my studies at university, I have been an active member of ELSA, and I was also a director of ELSA4Schools, contributing to improving students’ legal knowledge. In addition, I have been a job shadow at a county court and am a graduate of the Sorainen Student Academy.

Passion for real estate and construction. I find the field of Real Estate & Construction diverse and fascinating. I believe many disputes could be prevented by professional legal advice, e.g. by well-crafted documents and advice about possible preventive actions. Furthermore, I invest in real estate, which has given me a broad horizon in real estate and construction-related matters.

Corporate and M&A enthusiast. My second passion is Corporate and M&A. During my internships, I dealt with various corporate matters. I also wrote my bachelor’s thesis about the application of the business judgment rule in evaluating board members’ liability by Estonian courts.

Teamwork. I believe a good working environment and supportive colleagues are of great value. Previously, I have been part of various teams and volunteer organisations, which have made me a good team player, and I thrive on contributing to the firm and its clients.
