About me
I am a litigation lawyer specialising in complex criminal disputes, bringing 15 years of hands-on public sector experience to my work at Sorainen. I value professionalism, integrity and a genuine commitment to helping clients resolve their most challenging issues. My background as a prosecutor and investigative officer enables me to handle sensitive cases with precision, discretion and clear purpose.
Professional highlights
Complex criminal investigations. Before becoming a member of the Estonian Bar Association, I managed complex criminal investigations across a wide range of offences, including tax, competition, narcotics, public order, offences against public peace and property-related crimes. In doing so, I ensured procedural clarity and a strategic approach to case handling.
Crime analysis and prosecution. I have extensive experience in analysing criminal case materials, gained through my work as an investigative officer at the Estonian Tax and Customs Board and as a prosecutor. This has given me a strong understanding of how criminal cases are structured, and of their legal and evidentiary assessment.
Client-focused dispute resolution. I resolve disputes with a clear focus on what matters most to the client, recognising that success is not always defined by a single outcome but by achieving a solution that best supports the client’s broader interests.
Contribution to the rule of law. I value every opportunity to contribute to the development of the rule of law, supporting fairness, predictability and trust in the legal system through my work.
