About me
I am an assistant lawyer in the firm’s Tax team. I have a particular interest in Income Tax, especially employment taxation and share option schemes, but I also support the team across a wide range of tax matters.
According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers are assisting the attorneys.
Professional highlights
Clear and practical advice. Clients should not be weighed down with complicated legal language. Long theoretical explanations have little practical value – what matters is clear, actionable guidance that helps a client’s business grow.
Reliability and deadlines. A legal adviser must be a trusted partner in business, someone clients can rely on even when challenges arise. If a deadline is agreed, the client should have full confidence the work will be completed on time – and to a high standard.
Collaboration. Working alone gets results, but teamwork achieves more. I believe that collaboration brings out more creative solutions and delivers the most effective outcomes for clients.
