About me
As an associate in the Finance & Insurance team, I advise local and international clients on a broad range of regulatory matters. My experience includes handling various licensing processes, with a particular focus on assessing the fit and proper status of managers and managing qualifying holding proceedings.
Professional highlights
Continuous self-development. Considering the rapid development of the financial regulatory landscape as new technologies, risks, and compliance standards emerge, it is important to me to stay up to date with all the new regulations and requirements.
Advising financial companies. My experience includes advising clients in fit and proper and qualifying holding proceedings, as well as assisting with drafting and collecting the required documents and ensuring their quality and consistency. I have also advised clients in their licensing proceedings with the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority, including in matters involving the obtaining of a credit intermediary license.
Marketing. I contributed to drafting the very first Baltic FinTech Legal Outlook and have helped to update it to cover new developments in both the local and international fintech sector.
